Gulshan-e-Maymar is a landmark project of Maymar. Gulshan-e-Maymar was conceived in the late 1970s and was formally launched in 1980s.
Gulshan-e-Maymar is a residential area, planned so as to provide most modern amenities of life for a comfortable living. Ingenuity and creative designing have made this residential area a unique feature of Karachi and one of the most beautiful residential areas of Pakistan. All modern facilities such as pumping of water, sewerage, roads, parks and playgrounds, roadside plantation, mosques, schools, clubs, streetlights and security were provided in Gulshan-e-Maymar before booking of plots started.
